Feb. 24th, 2006 01:11 pmOnly managed my block this morning - recycling-wise - so I'll do the last two with Jess today, and then see if she minds doing her block on her own, so I can go and pick Katrina up. If she doesn't want to do it then I'll have to help her with it after I get Katrina, but it wouldn't take long in any case.
Popped into town for something, and when I got back I checked my post...I've got a parcel from Hong Kong!! ^_^ It's not my DVD unfortunately, but I think it's my other thing (which I'm still not saying what it is), but I was a bit thrown because the customs description has it as 'toy' and I wouldn't have thought of it like that. Haven't opened it yet, but I'm so excited! *bounces in seat*
Just had lunch - omelette, then a banana - and am now trying to do the reading for my 3o'clock Politics seminar. I'm not doing a presentation or anything this week, but I do need to know what the other group will be talking about, so I can contribute something to the discussion on it. It's really boring though.
Was going to do some washing today, but I don't know if I have enough to make it worth it.
I have lots of underwear that needs washing, and my jeans (Which are digustingly muddy b/c I keep getting rained on!), as well as a few pieces of clothing left over from my last load, because I couldn't fit it all in. But I also wanted to wash my covers again, so that my friends won't be sleeping on used sheets - but I'm going to be sleeping in my bed again tonight, and won't have a chance to wash them tomorrow, so...might just dung them in now anyway, so at least they're fresh tonight. In which case I'll have to abandon the reading for now and run and shove it all in. *sigh* So much effort - and why is it always on fridays that I have to do the most?
