Witches of Eastwick was good, and we went to Bella Italia beforehand and I had this really nice penne poula e crema (or something like that), which was basically chicken, with onions, peppers, bacon, and penne pasta, in a creamy sauce. Had ice cream in the theatre, and some friend gave me maltesers which was nice.

Came back here afterwards and gave blonde Emily a b*day drink-in thing, where they had tequila and did drinking games, with cake, snacks and party balloons - ooh and pressies!

Had to come to my room and check if my group had finished the presentation though - and they hadn't. They needed my friend's work, and she hadn't emailed it to me before I left so I couldn't put it on the vle for the others. One of them did try to do a bit more, but all she did was shove our different contributions onto one document - no attempt to merge them at all, or condense them so they fitted on, nothing.

As I said to Loll Loll in a comment - they get an "aww, aren't they cute" for actually attempting to do something (the other group member at least bothered to email me asking about my friend's part of the presentation, even if he didn't do anything else when he didn't hear back from me because I was out).

...But they also get a *frustrated growl* because it's so simple!!

If the work isn't there, then you should do it yourself - this bloody thing affects all of our marks, not just the person who was meant to do it - and I'm sorry, but how hard is it to cut unnecessary parts out of a piece of work, and link it all together?!

But they didn't manage to do it on their own, so I quickly did it all before it hit midnight, and got it all posted in the necessary places (group person hadn't even posted it in the right place, so it's a good thing I didn't just leave it to them - we would've had nothing if I had).

Went back to the party for a bit, but it's just boring if you're not drinking yourself. Got a pizza quickly. Then I came back here and sorted out what laundry needs doing tomorrow morning, as well as packing my suitcase so I can take as much stuff as possible back home. If I get it there now, then I'll have less to take back when I break up - so of course I'm only taking things I don't need back with me.

~*~*~*~

Gonna throw laundry in machines tomorrow morning, take books back to library, get lunch, do recycling, go to my Politics seminar, then come back here and do any last minute thing that needs doing before I have to run and catch my train. Quite a full day for once, and I'll be so tired once I get home I'll probably want to collapse in bed.

Not taking my laptop with me so I'll have to hunt down more Dir en Grey now quickly before I go to bed.^^

Yay! That means I can watch 'Supernatural' when I get back, and the other things mum's taped for me!!! *happy skip*

Tadaima!!

^_^ Ended up standing for most of the train ride, and when I did get a seat I fell asleep sat on top of my suitcase (no room in the luggage rack). Was quite good fun though - I'd forgotten how much I enjoy travelling!

Got pie and chips on the way home. My parents were watching 'Most Haunted' when got back, and dad told me off for how cynical I've become since going to uni - which is funny, because he told me off for being cynical before I even went away to uni. And he's mysteriously forgotten that fact!

Tried to watch some X-Files just now, but our home computer is crap and refuses, no matter what player I use, or how I tweak it. *sigh* Gonna have to do without until dad gives up possession of the tv.

My sister's home as well, but she'd gone to the pub by the time my train got in, and isn't back yet.

Looks like I'm going shopping with her and mum tomorrow morning, but I'll hog the tv when I get back and try to catch up on my tapes.
