Apr. 25th, 2006 12:30 amJust finished watching the kmovie, the "Duelist" - so good!!
Some of the colour and deep'n'meaningful moments were a bit over the top (they had a thing for doing lots of slow-mo, and also abruptly switching to different characters and fast-forwarding the story), but managed to be really good despite this.
Loved the way the sword fights were made out to be more like a dance than anything else - made it really purty, and it didn't hurt any that the lead male was a bishie!^^
Parts of the story weren't the clearest at times, but if you want a visually-stunning movie, I'm definitely reccing this one.
Really wish I could get my hands on "nine tailed fox", but so far I've been unsuccessful - still want it though, as it sounds really good (kinda Dark Angel-ey).
