I just dropped my glasses in the oven, and then burnt my hand trying to retrieve them. :s
Luckily they've only melted a little bit, and I got them out before the glass was affected at all...but my hand does hurt now. I even had to put some savlon on it, as the cold water thing didn't do enough.
