(no subject)

Feeling so lazy today! Just want to stay in bed with cups of tea&honey, and blow my nose in peace. ^-^

Unfortunately I'm working later, and then going out afterwards - but hey, at least I'll get money! And also it's good I'm going out, because that way I can get dinner without the hassle of cooking for myself.

Couldn't be bothered/didn't have anything easy I could do, so I went to the Indian 'round the corner and got some vegetable rice for £1.40. It was really nice, and had beans, potato and cauliflower in it, as well as the usual peas - could've done with some kind of sauce maybe, but for £1.40 it's a bargain!

Finished my Japanese homework last night - was surprised by how easy it was now that I've learned the dipthongs(sp?), and just hope I didn't screw it up.

Then I settled into bed and watched Space Travelers.

It was sooo good! But it made me cry a lot...:( I wish they'd done the ending differently.

Still, it had Takeshi Kaneshiro in, who I ♥ so much!



The other actors were also really good, and I thought Masanobu Ando was also really cute - it helped that he kept getting all fanboy excited about the anime "Space Travelers".^^




It was a bit stupid of me to watch that though, because I already have; kimi wa petto, bishojo senshi sailor moon, chinese paladin, goong, bad family and jasashii jikan - already on the go.

Not to mention some of the J-boy concerts, and tv appearances, which I want to watch.

With so much goodness to watch, and so little time, it's incredibly hard to stick with just one thing...

Hmmm...I feel like I've stepped into the twilight zone.

Have just been downstairs for my lunch (toast w/peanut butter), and the place is sparkling! No dirty dishes, couch throw is all neatly tucked in, floor looks like it's been polished nevermind swept, and the counters don't have a crumb in sight.

We've also managed to acquire a v.posh-looking coat rack in the entrance.

There is a very simple explanation for these developments.

Lianne's parents have visited. ^__^

I heard them an hour or so ago, and a strange banging noise, but I wasn't showered or dressed yet, so I just left them to it and didn't really register it. So it was a bit of a surprise to see the coat rack when I went downstairs - I just stood there for a minute, trying to figure out what was different. *g*

Don't know if I should mention it to dad or not - he might get het up over the fact that they just did it without asking; truth told I probably would've as well, if it weren't for the fact that the coat rack is a really nice one (reddish wood, and sturdy, old-fashioned looking hooks), or that Lianne's dad has positioned it so it exactly lines up with the marks that were left on the wall from the shelf that the previous tenants had there (and then took with them when they moved out), which I think vastly improves the look of the entrance.

Now I'm going to take the chance to watch something, given I don't have to head off for work 'til 4:25 latest, but ooh...the choices, I can't decide!
